Join us for a Read-In in honor of Banned Books Week!
On Tuesday, October 7th…
7:00 - 7:45: Bring your book of choice as well as a pillow or a camp chair and find a cozy spot on the floor (or in one of the limited number of folding chairs we'll have set up around the shop) and settle in to read.
7:45 - 8:30: We will have information about book banning and ways to fight it available, as well as discounted copies of The ABA Right to Read Handbook available for purchase in-store! (And you are welcome to shop around for anything else, too!)
All attendees will receive a FREE audiobook copy of Lula Dean’s Little Library of Banned Books from Libro.fm!
